Air New Zealand – Skynest AR (NYC Bus Stop Activation)

A real-time AR promotional experience for Skynest from Air New Zealand, deployed on a high-traffic NYC bus stop digital screen.

I was the solo developer responsible for full development & deployment support, working alongside a motion designer.
A real-time compositing system was built, using camera calibration and parameter matching to align live video feed with pre-rendered content.

--Optimized for continuous 24/7 operation for long period, running on a Mac Mini M4 with Logitech MX Brio UltraHD 4K camera.
--Live streaming (App establishes OBS Web socket connection to stream to Youtube)
--Recorded and saved content locally in case of internet disruption.
--Email-based alert system implemented using Pipedream for real-time failure notifications.
--Remote deployment, maintenance, and support via TeamViewer.
